Refund Policy

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. Products purchased on our Site can be returned within 30 days from the day you receive the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, please let us know that you want to return the item and the reason. Please include the full name you used to purchase the item and the order number. These details should be sent to support@neemeks.com

Once we receive your email, an email will be sent to you with instructions on how to return the item.

REFUNDS 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your funds, please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is completed or it may take some time before your refund is officially posted on your bank statement.

EXCHANGES 

Purchased products cannot be exchanged.You can return the item or place a new order.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are non-refundable.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
